• One-year hosted, managed site agreement with no upfront cost ($199 value discount)
• Includes domain registration and hosting for one year
• Website design and development included
• Domain registered in client's name through our Namecheap business account
• Client retains full ownership of domain and content
• Free domain/site transfer after one year upon request
• Early cancellation fee of $99 if terminated within first year

Year 2+ Renewal (Not a Subscription)

• Maintenance & hosting: $99/year
• Domain renewal with SSL: $26/year
• Price lock guarantee for lifetime hosting
• Any add-on upgrades available at $44 each
• No automatic renewals - we'll contact you 30 days before expiration

• Two 30-minute consultation calls
• Nearly unlimited email support
• 2 hours of IT training
• Security updates and patches
• Regular backups and monitoring
• Admin access to your website
• Content updates (minor changes included, major changes $44 each)

Additional Terms

• For existing domains: $26 transfer fee to our management
• We require admin access for existing websites we'll manage
• First-time customers receive free web design (normally $199)
• Non-payment after renewal date: site/domain reverts to our control for resale
• All work guaranteed - unlimited revisions until you're satisfied
