• Renewal rates are $99/year for standard hosting packages unless otherwise specified
• Additional services are available at $44 add-on rates as outlined in service descriptions
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis and within 30 days of service delivery

5. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, code, and materials created by RVA Commons remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Upon payment completion, you receive full rights to use the delivered work for your business purposes. You retain ownership of all content, images, and materials you provide to us.

6. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for hosted services. However, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We will provide advance notice of planned maintenance when possible.

7. Limitation of Liability

RVA Commons and Helionyx, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, you will receive copies of all work completed and access to transfer your website and data. We reserve the right to immediately terminate services for violations of these terms.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Richmond, Virginia.
